What we collect when you use RelicusRoad, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

RelicusRoad is operated by Relicus LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Relicus LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. It applies to relicusroad.com, our contact and newsletter forms, our checkout pages, and the RelicusRoad Pro license you buy from us.

In short: we collect what you give us, basic usage data, and data from analytics and advertising pixels. We never see your full card number, and we do not sell your personal information.

Information We Collect

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, subject, trading platform and message. The form prepares an email to support [at] relicusroad.com, so we receive whatever you choose to send.
  • Newsletter signup. Your email address, a record that you agreed to receive emails, when you agreed, and the page you signed up from.
  • Checkout email. If you enter an email in our checkout window and leave the product-updates box ticked, we save that email and your consent in the same way as a newsletter signup. The field is optional.
  • Purchase and license data. When you buy RelicusRoad Pro, the payment provider shares details such as your name, email address, the plan you bought, the amount and the payment status. We use these, along with the details needed to deliver and support your license.
  • Reviews. If you submit a review, we store your name, email address, rating, review text, the page you sent it from, your browser's user-agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address and user-agent that we use to stop spam.
  • Usage and cookie data. Pages you visit, links you click, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and identifiers stored in cookies by our analytics and advertising tools (see below).

How We Use Your Information

  • To process your purchase, deliver your license and provide updates and support.
  • To answer your messages and handle refund requests.
  • To send newsletters and product updates you agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To measure how the site is used, see which ads and campaigns bring visitors and sales, and show our ads to people who have visited the site.
  • To moderate reviews, prevent spam and abuse, keep the site secure, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (purchases, licenses, support), your consent (newsletter, product updates and, where required, cookies), our legitimate interests (site analytics, security, spam prevention) and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

Service Providers

We share personal information only with the providers below, and only as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

  • Payments: Stripe, PayPal and Whop. They process your payment on their own checkout pages and send us the order details.
  • MQL5 Market. If you buy the MT4 or MT5 version on mql5.com, MetaQuotes handles the purchase and your account under the MQL5 privacy policy.
  • Hosting and storage: Cloudflare. Cloudflare hosts the website, serves some of its files (including the cdnjs library network) and stores newsletter signups and review submissions.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (Google).
  • Advertising and attribution: Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Pixel, Whop Pixel and ROIAds.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws treat advertising pixels as "sharing"; you can opt out of that as described below.

Cookies and Tracking Pixels

Our site loads Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and the Whop Pixel. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and send information about your visit (such as pages viewed, product views and checkout clicks) to those companies. When you arrive from an ROIAds campaign, we store the campaign click ID in a first-party cookie (roiAdsClickId) for 30 days so we can credit a later sale to that campaign.

You can limit or stop this tracking:

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser or extension that blocks trackers. Parts of the site may work less smoothly.
  • Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage Google ads at My Ad Center.
  • Adjust ad settings in your Meta ad preferences and in your TikTok app under Settings and privacy, then Ads.
  • Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at aboutads.info (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU).
  • Email us to opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising, and we will apply it to the data we control.

Retention and Security

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide your license and support, to send emails you signed up for, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss and misuse. No method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure.

Card payments: Stripe, PayPal and Whop collect your card or account details on their own secure pages. We never see or store your full card number.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU and UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
  • Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Object to or restrict how we use it, including for marketing and targeted advertising.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.

To use any of these rights, email . We may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

RelicusRoad is a trading tool for adults. The site and our products are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our services or the tools we use change. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date below. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
