The terms for buying and using a RelicusRoad Pro software license.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Relicus LLC. They apply to your use of relicusroad.com and to any purchase or use of RelicusRoad Pro.
By using the website or buying or using RelicusRoad Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the software.
1. WHO WE ARE
RelicusRoad is a brand operated by Relicus LLC ("we", "us", "our"). For any question about these Terms, your purchase or your license, email .
2. WHAT YOU BUY
When you buy RelicusRoad Pro, you buy a license to use the RelicusRoad Pro indicator software on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and TradingView, depending on the plan you choose. You do not buy ownership of the software.
RelicusRoad Pro is an educational and chart analysis tool. It is not financial advice, it is not a signal service, and it does not copy trades into your account. Every trading decision you make is your own.
3. PLANS & PAYMENT
We sell RelicusRoad Pro directly as a Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime plan. Direct purchases are paid through the checkout providers on our website: Stripe, PayPal or Whop. Current plans and prices are listed on the RelicusRoad Pro page.
Monthly and Yearly plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops future renewals.
RelicusRoad Pro is also sold on the MQL5 Market. Purchases made there are processed by MQL5 and are governed by the MQL5 Market's own terms.
4. TRIALS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Pro trial: the RelicusRoad Pro trial costs $7 for 7 days and is paid by card only. When the 7 days end, it becomes a Monthly subscription at $67 per month, charged to the same card each month until you cancel. If you cancel during the 7 days, you are not charged the $67.
Pro first month: new RelicusRoad Pro customers pay $47 for the first month of the Monthly plan. From month 2 it renews at $67 per month until you cancel. The first-month price is once per customer: if your email or TradingView username already bought RelicusRoad Pro, you pay $67. It cannot be combined with the trial.
Lifetime upgrade: A discounted Lifetime upgrade depends on your first payment. If that payment is refunded or charged back, the upgraded key stops working.
Reminder: we aim to email you a reminder 1 to 2 days before the first $67 charge. Email can be delayed or filtered, so the reminder is a courtesy, not a condition of the charge.
Cancelling: you can cancel a trial or subscription at any time with the cancel link in any email we send you, in the billing portal, or on your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.
Record of agreement: when you check out, we record the terms shown to you, the time, your IP address and your browser. We keep this as the record that you agreed to these Terms and to the price and renewal shown.
5. LICENSE & UPDATES
Lifetime plan: a one-time payment gives you a permanent license, plus free updates for the major version you purchased. Future major releases may be offered separately.
Monthly and Yearly plans: your license and access to updates stay active while your subscription is active.
You may use your license on up to 3 computers at the same time. Reinstalling on the same computer is unlimited.
Your license is personal and for your own use. You may not resell, share, sublicense, rent or redistribute RelicusRoad Pro or your access to it, and you may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer or modify the software.
The software, website content, names, logos and graphics are the intellectual property of Relicus LLC. Your license gives you no rights beyond those set out in these Terms. We may suspend or end a license that is used in breach of these Terms.
We may limit access to the website or RelicusRoad Pro in some places. You may not get around any access limit, including by using a VPN, proxy or false location details. You also may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, attack, overload or scrape the website, our systems or our customers' accounts. Any such attempt, and any copying, cracking or redistribution of our software, breaches these Terms. Relicus LLC will take legal action against it, including claims for damages and reports to the relevant authorities.
6. DELIVERY
Access is instant after purchase, whether you buy directly or through the MQL5 Market. If you have trouble getting access, email .
For a direct purchase or trial, the product counts as delivered when any of these happens: we issue your license key by email, you download the software, or you activate it in MetaTrader or get access in TradingView.
7. REFUNDS
Purchases made directly through the relicusroad.com checkout (Stripe, PayPal or Whop) are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from your first payment (for a trial, the $7 trial payment). To use it, contact support within 30 days of that payment and give us a genuine chance to help you set up the software or fix the problem. If we still can't make it work for you, you get a full refund of what you've paid. MQL5 Market purchases follow the MQL5 Market's own refund rules. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Pro trial: if you cancel during the 7 days, you are never charged the $67. If you forget to cancel, contact us within 48 hours of your first $67 charge; if you haven't used the software since that charge, we will refund it and cancel your subscription. Renewal charges (the first $67 and every later one) are not refundable, except under this 48-hour rule or where the law requires it. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
8. PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have a problem with a charge, please email before you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We reply within 24 hours, and a refund from us is usually faster than a bank dispute.
If a dispute is opened, we respond to it. To do so, we share the relevant purchase, delivery and usage records (such as your checkout record of agreement, license key issue, downloads, activations and logins) with the payment processor and the card network handling the dispute.
9. TRADING RISK DISCLAIMER
Risk Warning

Past performance, backtests and examples do not guarantee future results. We make no promise that using RelicusRoad Pro will produce a profit or prevent a loss.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your trading accounts and your broker. Before trading, do your own research and, if needed, speak to a licensed financial adviser who can consider your circumstances.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RelicusRoad Pro and the website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Your trading platform, broker, data feed or internet connection may also affect how the software works.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relicus LLC and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, RelicusRoad Pro or the website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for RelicusRoad Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date below. If you keep using the website or RelicusRoad Pro after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
Relicus LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
